Marc Birnbaum

Marc Birnbaum is Of Counsel to the Firm and has been in practice since 1979 in the South Florida area. He established the firm of Marc Birnbaum P.A. in 1992 and became affiliated with Sachs Sax Caplan Kaskel & Schner, PLLC in 2023. Mr. Birnbaum's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate and he has represented clients in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of residential properties and commercial properties - retail, multi-family, and similar types including financing with CMBS and HUD loans - for both domestic and foreign clients.

Mr. Birnbaum is proud of the relationships he has built with his clients and the long-standing and continuing relationships he maintains with many of them.
