  • What we look for

Demonstrated command of a practice area. Direct communication with clients and colleagues. A commitment to quality work that does not bend under deadline or client pressure. Attorneys who can give a client a clear answer and stand behind it.

  • How we hire

Candidates typically speak with the practice group chair and one or more partners. We assess depth in the relevant area of law, judgment, and how an attorney communicates with clients. We do not hire based on pedigree alone.

  • Board Certification

We support attorneys pursuing Florida Bar Board Certification, and more than 30% of the firm's attorneys are Board Certified by The Florida Bar. This is a firm where that credential is respected and pursued.
