Lindsay E. Raphael, a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney joined our practice in 2018, focuses her practice on condominium and homeowners association matters, providing counsel on such issues as collections, rules enforcement, contractual review, association documents, elections, budgets and condominium operations as well as transaction counsel to developers, buyers, sellers and lenders of residential and commercial real estate and general corporate and contract law.

Ms. Raphael brings over 17 years of legal experience.  She started her career as a judicial intern with Judge W. Herbert Moriarity in the 17th Judicial Circuit in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and as a research assistant at Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.

Raphael was recently named a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyer.  She is a regular contributor to Condo Management Magazine, and she was an associate editor of the Nova Southeastern University Law Review.

Raphael sat on the Steering Committee of The Ghost Light Society for the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and was the 2014-2015 Co-Chair of the organization.  She has been actively involved with the American Cancer Society Jail & Bail fundraiser, Kids@Home and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She recently started a charity, Island Paws Rescue, Inc., that is dedicated to promoting the welfare of dogs and cats.  The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation honored Raphael for her outstanding contributions to the community and her fundraising commitment to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in June 2006. She is past coordinator of the South Florida AIDS Walk for Life.

Raphael holds a law degree with honors from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in business administration from Lynn University.
